The Crossing has been designed and built as an environmentally-friendly urban community promoting healthy living and sustainable practices. The Crossing is a candidate for LEED Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED^® stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and provides a definitive national standard for what constitutes a “green building.”
