Above is a recent aerial photo of The Crossing Apartments. We have almost completed the preleasing for the first building, comprised of eight townhomes. Our next phase of apartments will be released in mid-November, so hurry in to get on the reservation list.

The most notable item in the photo is the white roofing material. The building’s white roof membrane is highly reflective and reduces heat island effect by reducing heat gain and increasing exterior envelope performance. The cool roof material keeps the building cooler while lessening the HVAC load for the residences, resulting in lower energy use and reduced energy bills for residents.

There are two floorplans available now –
Plan 4 is a 1 bedroom plus den, 1.5 bath
Plan 10 is a 2 bedroom plus den, 2.5 bath

These plans are unique in the sense that they are the only apartments that come with a garage. Both floorplans are part of the Premier Collection with upgraded stainless steel ENERGY STAR® qualified appliances and espresso hardwood cabinets. The gas ranges feature 5 burners plus a pancake griddle. How cool is that?
