The Crossing has a bicycle storage room in our subterranean garage that provides ample bicycle storage space for our residents.

Low-Emitting and Fuel-Efficient Vehicle (LEV) Parking

The Crossing will offer residents that own a low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicle (LEV) preferred parking. Any resident with a qualified vehicle on the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy LEED LEV Guide list may register their vehicle with our leasing staff.

Dedicated LEV spaces are conveniently located near elevator lobbies and pedestrian access points. Designated LEV spaces and will be available on a first come, first-serve basis.
